Katie Gregson-MacLeod is a Scottish singer-songwriter from Inverness. Composing music since childhood, she performed for the first time at the Inverness Music Festival at the age of eight. Years later, aged 18, she made her festival debut at the 2019 Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival. In 2020, while studying in Edinburgh, she released her debut single Still a Sad Song, followed by her debut EP Games I Play in 2021. Wormrot is a grindcore band from Singapore signed to Earache Records. The band formed in 2007 after the founding members finished their two years of mandatory national service. The band have released four full-length studio albums to date, as well as a number of EPs and split releases with other bands. Their latest full-length album Hiss was released on July 8, 2022. Wednesday 13 is a horror punk band, fronted by Wednesday 13 of Maniac Spider Trash, Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13, Murderdolls, Bourbon Crow fame. The group formed in 2004 and continue to play. The genre of music is a mix of death rock and punk with lyrics heavily inspired by horror movies. All music and lyrics are written by the vocalist Wednesday 13. All guitars, bass, keyboards and vocals on the recordings are by Wednesday 13. There is more than one artist with the name Wisp. 1. Wisp (AKA whirrwhore) whose real name is Natalie R. Lu, is a 19 year old (born on 08/06/2004) shoegaze artist based in San Francisco, California. Bands such as Whirr, Julie, Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, and Panchiko (which she recently went on tour with) have a heavy influence on Wisp's extensive use of guitar effects blended with her muffled vocal melodies. Destiny Nicole Frasqueri, better known by her stage name Princess Nokia is an American rapper of Puerto Rican descent, signed to Rough Trade Records. Frasqueri recorded her first song, "Destiny", in 2010, and released it under the name of Wavy Spice on her SoundCloud and her YouTube channel in mid-2012. It was largely autobiographical and gained modest popularity. Subsequently, she released her second track, "Bitch I'm Posh". Duterte is the daughter of Filipino immigrants and grew up playing trumpet. She had originally planned to attend a conservatory program for jazz but instead decided to focus on songwriting. Detroit post-punk quartet Protomartyr formed in 2010, slowly bubbling up out of a few bands in a tightly knit music scene. Guitarist Greg Ahee, bassist Scott Davidson, and drummer Alex Leonard started the caustic punk band Butt Babies in 2008, playing mostly dive bars and basements and eventually getting together a practice space in a large industrial warehouse. They came together in England's burgeoning punk scene of 1977 and initially consisted of Richard Butler (vocals), Tim Butler (bass guitar), Duncan Kilburn (saxophone), Paul Wilson (drums), and Roger Morris (guitars).
