Privacy Policy

Personal data

We collect email addresses for 3 purposes:

• Creation of a user account, allowing you to keep track of interesting gigs.
• Communications from us, in relation to your account.
• Newsletter communications from us, with explicit consent.

Information such as IP addresses, browser, and device characteristics are also collected automatically when you use this website. This information is primarily used to maintain and operate the website, and for analytics.

Your data is stored securely, and is protected against unauthorised access.

We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18 years of age.

We keep your data for the minimum possible period.

To request access or changes to your data, pause use of it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent, contact us using the details below.

Sensitive data

We do not collect sensitive data.

3rd parties

In order to provide this website, we use 3rd party services, which may be considered processors under GDPR:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Fly.io
• Supabase
• Sentry
• Umami Cloud

Data may be transferred to or stored with these processors in order to run this website. While hosting is generally located in the EU, data may be transferred to countries outside of it.

Statistics

We use EU-hosted Umami Cloud to measure page visits and actions such as sharing or saving gigs. This is based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site. Umami processes page, referrer, browser, device, and approximate location information, but uses no analytics cookies or local storage and does not track visitors across websites.

We do not send account identifiers, email addresses, user-entered text, or external destination URLs. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser. Umami Software, Inc. processes the data under its Data Processing Agreement, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required, and publishes its subprocessors.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. We make use of cookies for the following purposes:

• We set a cookie to protect from malicious or unauthorised requests. This cookie lasts for the duration of your session.
• If you ask to stay logged in, we set a persistent cookie. This expires after 30 days.
• We set a persistent cookie once you have told us your cookie preferences.

Changes

From time to time we might make changes to this policy. Changes will be notified on this page and/or displayed prominently on the site.
